- I have learned that enduring change comes from bringing different perspectives together and being willing to challenge our assumptions. From there, possibility can become practical action.
- I believe good leadership creates space for different experiences and perspectives to shape what comes next. I bring that spirit to my work and community, alongside an ongoing commitment to learning.
